La plataforma hqbeds rellenará automáticamente los campos con los datos de la persona que ha realizado la reserva y, para los huéspedes que aún no estén registrados, simplemente tendrán que rellenar los campos. Siempre puedes buscar huéspedes anteriores ingresando su dirección de correo electrónico en la parte superior de la página; es esencial que la dirección de correo electrónico sea la misma que la utilizada para la estadía anterior. Puede resultar muy útil a la hora de pensar en la rotación del personal en tu recepción, para que ningún huésped sea un completo desconocido. La opción **Replicar el mismo huésped en todas las camas** … replica al mismo huésped en todas las camas y funciona para reservas en las que no desea identificar individualmente a cada uno de sus huéspedes (aunque no es muy recomendable). **IMPORTANTE** - **Las habitaciones privadas** siempre se reservan en su totalidad incluso cuando se venden a  [menos huéspedes que su ocupación máxima](https://48242700.hs-sites.com/pt-br/configurando-tarifa-proporcional-ao-n%C3%BAmero-de-h%C3%B3spedes?hsLang=pt-br&__hstc=249015192.2bf36c10b5782d49b84cadb72232265a.1740502677904.1746639469160.1746642594846.30&__hssc=249015192.2.1746642594846&__hsfp=2043027370) . Regístrese únicamente en camas que estén realmente ocupadas. Si se ha reservado una habitación con capacidad máxima de 4 personas para 2 personas, por favor, realizar el check-in de 2 personas. - Las camas registradas se vuelven **azules** en el **mapa de la propiedad,** lo que indica que los huéspedes están oficialmente en la casa. También aparecerán en la pestaña **Invitados** del  [terminal POS](https://hqbedshelp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/60000482387-pos-como-funciona-a-venda-de-produtos-ou-servicos) . ### **Cómo cancelar el check-in de un huésped en una reserva** ¿Te registraste por accidente? Dentro de la reserva del huésped, siga los pasos a continuación para cancelar el check in 1. Si la reserva contiene más de un huésped y desea cancelar el check-in de todos ellos, deberá realizar el procedimiento anterior con todos los huéspedes de la reserva cuyo check-in desea cancelar. 1. ### **¿Cómo puedo cambiar la información de un huésped?** ¿Ha registrado al huésped equivocado en su reserva o necesita cambiar la información del huésped?
