[ALERTAS SLACK](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//m%C3%B3dulo-de-propiedad?hsLang=es#alertas-slack) 11 de julio de 2025 # Cómo configurar alertas en Slack **ÍNDICE** **[Configuración de Slack](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/pt-br/como-configurar-alertas-no-slack?hsLang=es#configurando_slack)** **[Configuración en hqbeds](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/pt-br/como-configurar-alertas-no-slack?hsLang=es#configuracao_na_hqbeds)** **General Slack Alerts** funciona para recibir notificaciones de hqbeds en los canales de la aplicación [Slack](https://slack.com/intl/pt-br) , como nuevas reservas, overbooking, deudas, entre otras.   **¡Atención! Antes de comenzar a configurar entre hq y Slack, debes:**   \- Tener una cuenta de Slack \- Crea los canales correspondientes en Slack para cada alerta que quieras tener, por ejemplo, para la alerta de apertura y cierre de caja, se creará el canal #pos-notificacoes para enviar notificaciones ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1HNXGheGcCO7pVVjrbCkbymfRZvh9y3JKw.png) ### Configuración de Slack Para realizar la integración necesitarás usar la aplicación llamada Incoming Webhooks, mira un ejemplo a continuación Vaya a la página de aplicaciones de su equipo en Slack, busque **WebHooks entrantes** y haga clic en Agregar. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Kvb65YiWHEfLAvTfl4qXihY01D5ufRCsXg.png) Al hacer clic en Agregar, se abrirá la [página de la aplicación](https://hqbedsteam.slack.com/apps/A0F7XDUAZ-webhooks-de-entrada?utm_source=in-prod&utm_medium=inprod-btn_app_install-index-click&tab=more_info) .
