[TARIFAS Y DISPONIBILIDAD](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//m%C3%B3dulo-de-propiedad?hsLang=es#tarifas-y-disponibilidad) 11 de julio de 2025 # Cómo establecer la estancia mínima y el paquete diario mínimo --- Con hqbeds puedes configurar una estancia mínima y un paquete diario mínimo (noches) y esta configuración se aplicará automáticamente en hqbookings y OTAs **(canales de venta)\*.**   ### **Estancia mínima** Para establecer la estadía mínima, vaya a **Tarifas y disponibilidad \> Establecer a largo plazo \> Disponibilidad.**  ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/zj78c-Uu60wlcjlJ-H-W98G_wnoVv0YsNQ.png?width=2816&height=1412&name=zj78c-Uu60wlcjlJ-H-W98G_wnoVv0YsNQ.png) En disponibilidad, para definir la estadía mínima para una habitación determinada, simplemente ingrese el período, seleccione la(s) habitación(es), planes tarifarios o puede actualizar en Grupo para aplicar esta regla a todas las habitaciones y planes a la vez.   ### **Paquete diario** Con el paquete diario podrás combinar precios para crear paquetes para fechas específicas, como festivos y temporada alta, por ejemplo. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/EVFBgHE8aZSATkrx3nHR-vAWloMitRXxeA.gif?width=1400&height=570&name=EVFBgHE8aZSATkrx3nHR-vAWloMitRXxeA.gif) Entonces, si quiero que mi huésped haga el check in el 30/12 y el check out el 01/01 (vacaciones de Año Nuevo), lo que tengo que hacer es cerrar para la llegada y cerrar para la salida. Según el ejemplo del *gif* . ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/FE5xHq-zW6oMaLg8C8dEFVd5XbIbgNbv1g.gif?width=1434&height=568&name=FE5xHq-zW6oMaLg8C8dEFVd5XbIbgNbv1g.gif) En este caso no necesitamos seleccionar una estancia mínima, ya que estamos configurando el sistema para que el huésped sólo pueda realizar una reserva con entrada (check-in) antes del 30/12 y salida (check-out) sólo a partir del 01/01 en adelante, es decir, en cualquier caso el huésped tendrá una estancia mínima de 2 días.  Al igual que la estadía mínima, puedes seleccionar 1 o más habitaciones para el mismo período o incluso configurarlo por plan personalizado. **Cuando termines de registrar la regla, no olvides guardarla y sincronizarla con el administrador de canales.**   En ambas funciones puedes configurar directamente en la pantalla **Tarifas y Disponibilidad**  por día, sin embargo recomendamos hacerlo solo cuando tengas pocos días para aplicar esta regla de disponibilidad. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/8dWGzAF_vePhOR_1LL6zeExNIX-rwlJ7ag.gif?width=1422&height=724&name=8dWGzAF_vePhOR_1LL6zeExNIX-rwlJ7ag.gif) Si necesita ajustar las tarifas para estos días, vaya a **Propiedad \> Tarifas y disponibilidad \> Establecer para largo plazo \> Tarifas**   **¡¡ IMPORTANTE!!** **Algunas extranets de canales de venta (OTA) no funcionan con restricciones de disponibilidad cerradas para la llegada y cerradas para la salida, como el canal de Hostelworld. Estas son políticas de la extranet del canal, así que siempre confirma si la extranet de la OTA donde tu propiedad vende estadías acepta estas restricciones para evitar recibir reservas indebidas.** -
