[FUNCIONES BÁSICAS](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//m%C3%B3dulo-de-reservas?hsLang=es#funciones-b%C3%A1sicas) 11 de julio de 2025 # Cómo hacer reservas para voluntarios --- En el formulario para crear una nueva reserva, puedes seleccionar la  opción **Huésped trabajando a cambio de alojamiento**  para diferenciar las reservas realizadas por voluntarios ( [helpx](https://www.helpx.net/) ,  [worldpackers](https://www.worldpackers.com/) , etc.) de los huéspedes habituales. Esta acción  **restablece**  el valor de las reservas de voluntarios y permite excluirlos de los informes de ocupación. ¡No olvides reservar las camas de  tu *personal* ! Todas las camas disponibles en el mapa están a la venta en tus canales de reserva. Al fin y al cabo, ellos también son huéspedes. #### **Añadir consumo a las reservas de voluntarios** HQ permite que las reservas voluntarias acepten liberaciones de consumo realizadas mediante la  herramienta [POS](https://hqbedshelp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/60000481843-terminal-de-caixa-o-que-%C3%A9-e-como-configurar) . En  **Propiedad \> Configuración \> Información de la propiedad**  POS,  **habilite**  el parámetro "Aceptar tickets en reservas de voluntarios". ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/60001047880/original/7axXtlk0lkhhNzcKuazpYU0h7HQard-Wag.png?1580825575)   **IMPORTANTE** : Al activar esta opción, los valores del alojamiento aparecerán normalmente en la reserva, ya que tendrá las funciones de una reserva de huésped. -
