Fecha** : Permite seleccionar el periodo deseado para consultar las transacciones. **b. Estado de la transacción** : 1. - - - **Todos** : Muestra todas las transacciones registradas en la plataforma, independientemente del estado. - **Confirmado** : enumera todas las transacciones de pago exitosas, incluidas: - Pagos confirmados mediante tarjeta de crédito. - Pagos confirmados vía PIX. - Operaciones con reversión parcial. - **Pendiente** : muestra todas las transacciones que esperan completarse el pago a través de PIX. - **Error** : enumera las transacciones que no se completaron, acompañadas del motivo del error indicado por el banco emisor de la tarjeta. - **Cancelado** : muestra todas las transacciones que se han reembolsado por completo, incluidas: - Casos donde la devolución se realizó directamente a través de la plataforma hqbeds. - Posibilidad de descargar la **carta de cancelación** , cuando corresponda. 3\.
