[INFORMES](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//m%C3%B3dulo-financiero?hsLang=es#informes) 2 de julio de 2025 # Cómo funciona el informe del estado de resultados --- El Informe de Estado de Resultados (DRE) es un informe donde se evalúa el desempeño y se controlan los ingresos y gastos de la propiedad, además de verificar si el resultado del mes fue ganancia o pérdida. Para ver el informe, es muy sencillo: ve a **Finanzas \> Estado de Resultados** . Al acceder, se carga la información de los últimos 3 meses, incluido el mes actual, pero puedes buscar el período que desees. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/ZQKvwW3j2q3QLmsJEoarESCiOWlWZr2zeQ.png) ### **Ingresos** Los Ingresos presentados en el Informe del Estado de Resultados siempre se basan en **los ingresos,**  al hacer clic en el valor (en azul) será dirigido al informe de ingresos. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OF59fjCQMDdyAasVa6YErGXu_3AHRnkaWQ.png) ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/n-5eorOUcT3TMyORHZ5t4Q0TxOMdfjXkTw.gif) **IMPORTANTE: Para acceder al informe de facturación, vaya a: Propiedad \> Informes \> Facturación utilizando el filtro 'Todos'.** Donde se enumerarán todos los registros de pago creados dentro del período determinado en el filtro de fecha de búsqueda, se consideran los pagos por reservas, POS y cuentas de empleados. Las entradas realizadas directamente en **Finanzas  \> Cuentas por cobrar** NO se consideran en los informes de **Facturación** y  **Estado de Resultados .**   ### **Gastos** Los gastos presentados en el estado de resultados se basan en la fecha de acumulación en el mes y también enumeran el total general y los totales separados para cada cuenta de gastos. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/jkLyH5djjvcZOHvh9hL15db9-bQQHfYABw.png)   **IMPORTANTE: Para consultar/comparar el total de Gastos presentados en el reporte del Estado de Resultados, utilice el reporte en Financiero \> Reporte de Gastos filtrando el mes deseado, por tipo de Fecha: Fecha de Competencia y la opción Analítica = No**   ### **Resultado** El resultado son los ingresos totales menos los gastos totales. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/X07eO3kErtKQlZ2DXIyZz5j0sI4lONizJQ.png) -
