[FUNCIONES BÁSICAS](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//m%C3%B3dulo-financiero?hsLang=es#funciones-b%C3%A1sicas) 2 de julio de 2025 # Cuentas por pagar - Cómo descargar una transacción con estado por pagar --- Una vez pagado el gasto, regrese a **Finanzas \> Cuentas por Pagar**, utilice los filtros disponibles para buscar, como los campos Tipo de Fecha, Fecha, **Estado** en la opción **Por Pagar**, busque el gasto, seleccione el registro y luego elija la opción **Descargar**. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/C2Iw4oy3Y8D9TOwP4vZmDSExpt9xhaMi1Q.png?width=404&height=552&name=C2Iw4oy3Y8D9TOwP4vZmDSExpt9xhaMi1Q.png) En la pantalla **"Descargar Pagos"**, complete la información para realizar la descarga, como el Importe Pagado, si el pago fue parcial o total, la Fecha de Pago y confirme la información agregada al crear el gasto.
