[Informes hqstay](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/es//hqstay-alquileres-de-temporada-airbnb-y-similares?hsLang=es#informes-hqstay) 11 de julio de 2025 # Informe de facturación de hqstay --- El informe  **de facturación**  no está agrupado en el módulo de finanzas, pero es importante para administrar su cuenta.   Vaya a  **Propiedad \> Informes \> Facturación**  y consulte la facturación completa de su propiedad durante un período determinado. En este informe se registran todos los pagos recibidos, ya sean  [a](https://hqbedshelp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/60000469175-como-lancar-pagamentos-e-reembolsos)  la cuenta corriente de una reserva o transacciones en el punto de venta.  #### Generar informe de facturación por tipo Todo Al usar el  filtro **Tipo**  establecido en  **Todos**  , se mostrarán todos los registros de pago dentro del período, independientemente de si el check-in de la reserva se encuentra  **dentro del período de búsqueda, considerando los pagos de reservas, POS**  y cuentas de empleados.     ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/60109276342/original/GUTwBUnzkrd9iqtV8ttJgAg55ZzGZQrRHg.png?1710255002)   Qué representa cada columna:   - #### **La fecha de creación**  trae la fecha en que se publicó la facturación. - #### **Reserva**  trae el número de reserva asociado a la liberación (cuando no hay número de reserva, es una liberación realizada a través del TPV) - #### **Huésped/cliente**  es el nombre del huésped que realizó el pago - **Alojamiento(s)**  se refiere al tipo de alojamiento previamente registrado - #### **El tipo**  indica si el pago se realizó dentro de la cuenta corriente de una reserva, o a través del TPV - #### **Importe**  muestra el importe total del pago (sin descuentos en caso de pagos con débito o crédito) - #### **El usuario**  es quien inició esa transacción en la sede central.   **\*\*\*IMPORTANTE\*\*\***   Las entradas realizadas directamente en  **Finanzas**  \>  **Cuentas por cobrar**  **no** se  consideran en el Informe de facturación. -
