Establezca reglas para cada tipo de alojamiento. Las reglas de ocupación son válidas por los próximos 180 días, las fechas posteriores a este límite permanecen sin cambios. ¿Quieres empezar a usar la herramienta de precios, pero no sabes qué reglas aplicar? Por ejemplo, el huésped hizo una reserva para ingresar dentro de 120 días, recibirá un + 12% de descuento en la reserva. Las reglas no se aplican inmediatamente. El robot del motor de precios las aplica tres veces al día y cada acción se registra en el **registro de ejecución:** las reglas aplicadas en las rondas de las 16:00 y las 19:00 **solo** son válidas al día siguiente, mientras que la de las 3:00 es válida durante los siguientes 180 días. - Los precios del generador de precios se basan en los precios base definidos en **Propiedad**  \> **Configuración**  \> **Tipos de alojamiento** o en los precios registrados manualmente en **Propiedad**  \> **Tarifas y disponibilidad** .
