A través del Dashboard de la plataforma hqbeds, la propiedad puede obtener información como los check-ins del día, checkouts pendientes de realizar, reservas con saldos pendientes, controlar pre-reservas próximas a vencer, visualizar las últimas reservas llegadas, formularios de check-in online ya completados y tener una proyección de ocupación para los próximos 30 días. ### Entendiendo cada sección del Dashboard El Dashboard está dividido en secciones, entiende qué significa cada sección: - Check-ins para hoy - Reservas que tendrán check-in en el día - Checkouts Pendientes - Reservas cuyo período de estadía ya ha terminado pero los check outs aún no se han realizado. - Reservas con Deuda - Reservas con deuda según el valor mínimo definido por la propiedad en la configuración del sistema, las reservas permanecen listadas hasta 7 días después del check out aplicado en la reserva. - Últimas Reservas - Últimas 12 reservas que llegaron al Mapa de la propiedad. - Pre-reservas a Vencer - Pre-reservas con fecha y hora de vencimiento - Checkin Online - Formulario del Checkin online ya completado y enviado por el huésped - Proyección de ocupación (%) - Ocupación (%) para los próximos 30 días. ![](https://ajuda.hqbeds.com.br/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/msTd5zdkfdjXd9WNVpApkwxsLlhkV5RznQ.png) ### ¿Cómo acceder al Dashboard?
